I want you to be completely happy with your purchase! Please read my policy below for details on returns and exchanges.

Returns

Eligibility: You can return your item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with no visible signs of wear or damage.

How to Initiate a Return: Please contact me directly through messages a before shipping the item back. In your message, include your order number and the reason for the return. I will then provide you with instructions and the return shipping address.

Refunds: Once I receive the returned item and confirm its condition, I will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Eligibility: I can offer an exchange for a different size or color of the same design, subject to availability. The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

How to Initiate an Exchange: Please contact me within 30 days of delivery to discuss your exchange. You will be responsible for shipping the original item back to me, and I will ship the new item to you once I receive the original.

Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

Custom or personalized orders.

Important Notes:

Shipping Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. I recommend using a trackable shipping service, as I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for me to process your return or exchange after it has been delivered to me.
